I Have CDO

We had parent teacher conferences this week, and in some down time I snapped a few pics of our room. I have a serious addiction to organizing, color coding, glitter, stars, and all things that can kill germs. I apologize if this is sensory overload!!

Our space!

Can you tell I LOVE Pete the Cat??!

Entryway

SMARTboard/front area with my boy Pete.

Front carpet space

Spivey sentence construction tree and some comprehension anchor charts! All my fun storage book bins I'm collecting too!

Guided reading space

Math manipulatives, and our one sad window that doesn't even open.

Writing wall and listening center

Our jobs and behavior management system

ELD Grammar wall! I am a grammar nerd.

ELD concept charts and book boxes.

Front board and daily schedule/ objectives.

My desk! Always some form of caffeine available. I made a sparkly purple "calm jar" from Pinterest, and I subconsciously shake it all day long. Those are also my Pinterest inspired star and glitter clipboards.

More desk, with my dinosaur of a computer.

YES.

I have a hand sanitizer addiction. Here is part of the collection on my desk. Germs! Blech!

If you have any questions, please let me know. It would take me all day to credit the TPT things in my room, so if you would like to know where something originated from, just ask and I can post it!

  8. Oh my goodness - your room is so organized. Do you like your desks grouped like that? I've thought about doing that to mine {currently they are in groups of 6}...

    1. That's so funny! I just spent my evening rearranging all my desks! These 2 long rows were great for saving space. I loved all the extra room it created. My kids had shoulder partners and across the desk partners, as well as being in a group. There are 13 desks in each section: 6 kids in one group, 6 in the other with an extra desk at the end. This arrangement has its advantages, but I really needed to change the energy. I switched to 5 groups of 5! Getting back to a table captain, and all that Kagan cooperative learning grouping.
